Even though menopause is a natural part of a woman’s life, it can have a huge impact on health and well-being. Managing it well means that we can better support our colleagues.

World Menopause Day is held every year on the 18th October and is part of the wider Menopause Awareness Month.

In 2021, we teamed up with our neighbouring fire and rescue services to help all colleagues find out more and support each other.

The videos are now available for a number of the events - please see more information below.

A journalist, editor, campaigner, writer, affiliate member of the British Menopause Society and an associate member of the International Menopause Society, she describes herself as passionate about giving women the advice and knowledge they need to embrace all midlife can bring.
